The constraints and demands of modern life can often result in an unbalanced
diet. For the sake of our health, we need to eat in as balanced a manner as
possible.
On the strength of my degree in 'Dietetics and Nutritional Disorders' and a
Pharmacy PhD, I decided to create a cookery course that teaches how to reconcile
a balanced diet with enjoying food.
