In an outstanding setting right in the heart of Paris, you will develop
your culinary talents as you prepare a balanced menu.
Each cookery class is organised around a seasonal menu and lasts for three
hours. Beneath Frédérique's watchful eye, you will work at the kitchen's
central island, reserved for cookery classes and the pleasure of savouring
the end results.
Each cookery class ends with a tasting session.
To guarantee a warm atmosphere and ensure that each individual receives
thorough attention, classes are open to a maximum of eight students.
